喷气网带式薄木干燥机
本机主要用于对各种刨切薄木或旋切单板进行干燥。通常与单板刨切机、旋切机等机器相连,组成完整的刨切薄木或旋切单板加工生产线。适合于较大规模的刨切薄木、胶合板加工等生产企业使用。 该机在设计上采用了当今世界上最先进的薄木干燥技术。工件在特制的扁丝不锈刚网带的夹持下,在干燥机的内部按多个S形走向运动。先进的独特输送方式及精密制造的网带可以保证干燥后的薄木(单板)平整,不锈钢材质的网带可避免工件遭受锈蚀的污染。干燥过程的S形走向的工件运动方式,可以大大地减少机器的占地面积,可有效地减少机器使用企业的厂房建设费用。先进高效的混流式热风循环系统可有效的降低干燥材过程中的能源消耗,从而降低工件的干燥成本,提高企业的经济效益;该机采用的先进的横向进板的输送方式,可以使被干燥的工件方便地保持其原有的顺序,便利工件的后续使用。采用网带式薄木干燥机干燥工件不会产生卡堵的现象,极大的降低了对机器进行维护的要求,从而提高了干燥生产过程的效率。
This machine is used mainly to dry all kinds of slicing veneer and peeling veneer and normally to connect with veneer slicer, veneer lathe and so on to complete the production line of slicing veneer or peeling veneer. The machine is suitable to be used in larger scale manufacturer of slicing veneer and plywood. In the design the machine adopt the advanced veneer drying technology in the world today. The veneer is held by purpose-made stainless steel flat mesh belts and moves in the dryer through multi-S-shaped course. Advanced unique transportation mode and precision manufacturing mesh belts may guarantee the veneer will level up after drying. In the meantime, stainless steel mesh belts also may avoid the veneer to be contaminated by the corrosion. The mode of S-shaped movement of veneer in the dryer may save the working area greatly and make the cost of processing plant construct reduced effectively due to the machine. The advanced and efficient mixed-flow hot air circulatory system may reduce the energy consumption during the drying effectively, thus the cost of drying veneer may be reduced and the economic benefit of the factory may be improved. The machine adopts the advanced transverse feeding transportation mode may remain the drying veneer in primary order conveniently and let the dried veneer to be used in the follow-up production easily. Using the veneer dryer with conveyor mesh belts to dry the veneer may not cause any locking and jamming, and reduce the requirement of machine maintenance greatly, thus improve the production efficiency during the course of drying veneer.
